Early Harvest is reported to have been growing on Orcas in 1889. We have not yet located any living trees of this variety in the islands. It originated on the east coast sometime around 1700, possibly on Long Island, New York. It is a medium, very early, green apple that typically is russetted around the stem. Good for sauce.
